False advertising! Charge a huge dealer fee. Price the vehicles low then add a huge dealer fee.

I give Plattner of Venice 5 stars because their customer service is top of the line. You feel like family when you drive off in your choice car. In this small well managed office are Joe & Tom who go out of their way to make their customers happy.This auto dealership has a really nice selection of beautiful pre-owned automobiles at prices that will make your eyes pop with delight. I would recommend it for everyone looking for a pre-owned vehicle. These bargains go fast so I wouldn't wait if you are looking for that perfect ride.....
My husband bought a truck from here, not worth what we paid, with in 4 days of purchasing the truck the engine light came on. After they had it inspected by their dealer ship, it was leaking oil, and missing parts. While financing salesman gave wrong bank information, didn't ask for all necessary paper work and harassed us after even stating he would come take the truck from us. They Said they would try to help with parts needed for repair never heard back from them. We were assured and looked in the face that this was a great truck. Both sales guys had different stories about the previous truck owner. Sketchy place, the camera was turned facing the wall, the salesman who's desk was in front of camera had a bottle of lotion on the floor next to his chair at his computer. Slime balls stay away from this place.
My husband and I were in a jam! One of our vehicle broke down and could not be repaired. We need a vehicle right away. Plattner was our savior. We were able to get a car that day and they even worked late to help us out. So we were able to get to work the next day with no hassles. The salesman Robert was very helpful too.
