There's a warm inviting feel when you walk into the office, and we're always greeted by familiar faces that remember our names wether it's been six weeks or six months. The open atmosphere soothes my son's anxiety, while the interactive treatment keeps my daughter's attention. Dr. Khatri and her skilled team talk my kids through every step, from scrubbing the "barnacles on the boat," or keeping the "sugar buggies" away. There's fun pictures of the team lining the colorful walls and the treasure box at the end is the cherry on top! Dr. Khatri has kept us well informed when it comes to our dental needs and has given great referrals for orthodontic needs. We've been coming here for the past seven years and we'll keep going until they tell us our kids are too old!
I now have children who love to go to the dentist and are actually upset if one of them is going and the others are not. How many people can say that about their children and their dentist!
I've been going here since I was 10, and while I might be older now, 10 years later this place has continued to be the best dentist experience I've ever had. Every time I come it's an awesome experience. Incredible staff, incredible team, very caring, and always helpful! Highly recommend.
Dr Khatri is out of network for us also and we will continue to see her. She truly cares about each and everyone of her patients. She looks at all of my children in respect to everything going on with them and not just in regards to their dental status.
Dr. Khatri and her staff are awesome!!!!!! My boys love coming here and always ask when is my next visit. They explain and show the kids everything they will be doing with them so no surprises. They love being able to get into the treasure box when finished with appointment. They love the no cavity club and being rewarded. You come here feeling like family. You have to see this place with your own eyes. They are amazing and recommend Dr. Khatri and her wonderful staff to everyone. You all ROCK there!!!!!
Well I should I say..my kids are teens and both of them have been going to Janoff & Khatri since they were toddlers. I must say, they LOVE their dental appointments, and let's be honest, nobody looks forward to any kind if dental work. But my kids? They just enjoy it so much!! Everyone makes sure they feel welcome, the staff, the atmosphere the way the approach or explain things...very professional. I mean, I would never, EVER would take my kids anywhere else...
Dr Khatri and her staff are amazing!! I have a child with anxiety and a child who has a body that is extremely sensitive and feels pain easier than most. She does everything to make sure that my children are comfortable and that they have the best experience possible.
