This place runs on such a Bare Bones crew all of the time. There's no such thing as a walk up in this place. I could understand no walk-ups if it was a fancy salon or a posh salon. This is a chain, there is no reason why there should only be one staff member working whenever I go into this place no matter the time of day there's only one girl cutting hair.
Over the years since this location began I've had erratic results from compliments "you look nice" to "did you cut your own hair?". This last insult came from my wife. The variable outcomes may be a result of staffing turnovers. But when a bald guy pays the same as the full head of hair guys only to receive a crummy job it drives me to seek another shop.
Very bad experience Saturday evening. Your new manager May was rude and overcharged me for a service I never received and continued to argue with me. Bad business!! She is a bad representation of your company. I need corporate to call me asap please. I plan on calling the BBB. I used to be a regular when Sarah was there but they were always understaffed with no help. Corporate needs to help this location. I am very upset Price gouging is illegal!
