The people are very friendly and helpful.
Stopped in to AAA today for some information regarding a car trip. We stood at the reception desk for 15 minutes waiting to be acknowledged. We were ignored as were the 3 other customers that came in behind us. The one clerk was involved in some complicated transaction but didn't bother to acknowledge that we were all waiting, nor did she apologize for the wait. We finally "signed in" and then moved to the second waiting area. They had only 2 people working in this area and we waited about 20 minutes and realized that not only did they have to finish with their current customers, but there were still 3 couples before us and that each could take 45 minutes or more. Since we did not want to spend over 2 hours just waiting to be seen, we left without any information. Not impressed with AAA.
