I took my late wife's Rolex into the store to see if they would purchase it and the owner offered me $1,950. I went back two weeks later and he told me he would only give me $1,500 for it. I have done a lot of business with him in the past including purchasing a $2,750 diamond ring the previous week. I told him that he would lose my business if he didn't honor his offer on which we had shaken hands and he basically said that he didn't care. I have never been so poorly treated. Stay away from them; there are better places to shop for jewelry in the area where they really care about their customers.
After having many issues with a chain jeweler, we went and saw Evan. There is no comparison with all aspects of the jewelry purchasing/repair process, everything was amazing! Extremely short repair times, a very personalized experience, and a large, and extremely beautiful assortment of jewelry. I definitely recommend Classic Creations, and now will not shop anywhere else for jewelry. What a night and day experience. Thank you to the Classic Creations family for taking a bad experience elsewhere with jewelry and making it into one of the most exciting, as it should be!
