After I became upset about some spots that appeared on my dress after having it pressed here, the staff at Hi Tech Cleaners was very patient and professional... they explained why the spots appeared (the store where I bought the dress probably used Shout wipes on it), and offered to dry clean the dress for free and even shipped it to my house when it was done! It came out perfectly. They really went out of their way to ensure my satisfaction - I wish more businesses took customer service this seriously!
