Nasty, disgusting storage units. Stored all of our clothes, furniture and belongings for 9 months and everything is RUINED!!! Moldy and cockroaches in everything!!!!!!! Paid $100 a month for us to have to throw out absolutely everything we owned !!! Beware, we were told our stuff would be fine as long as no electronics were kept inside (we didn't put any electronics in it). Then, the lady had the NERVE to say she would never put furniture not under air. Funny how her stupid opinion changes AFTER we became a customer and AFTER our stuff was ruined. Btw, were surrendering the rest of our furniture in there. HAVE FUN CLEARING OUT OUR UNIT WITH COCHROACHES CRAWLING ALL OVER YOU!! EWWW!

It is nice to work with happy people that want your business. I will tell my friends about this business.

Debbie and Chuck are the nicest people and I believe they should be given an award for satisfaction to all clients and they always smile and are willing to help anyone in need. No matter what time of day or night they are willing to help, Listen, and be your friend. They are truly remarkable people and should be rewarded for their long commitment to satisfaction to all and keeping their word.

Tight parking and storage unit, watch for cars and trucks, and trailers. Cheapest in town for the size of the unit and gated.

Debbie was kind and very friendly. Her husband helped me on that first day when I was moving in. After that when I needed help I received no response. I'm a 48 year old woman and I'm disabled. For $125, I received a unit on the upper level with no stairs or elevator to get there. To get your belongings in and out of your storage bin you need to find the one set of metal stairs in the bldg. They are like the ones that you would use in a warehouse store. They're next to impossible turning corners and maneuvering close to your unit. You also have to use all of your body weight to lock in the break if u can evn do it at all. Sometimes i just couldnt. Another task i was unable to do is lift the heavy metal side of the top that is supposed to b a railing so u dont fall out. One side is open to step or hop into ur ur unit. The railing side has to b removed n replaced depending on which side your unit is facing. The only other option is another piece of Warehouse machinery that is a lift but you need 2 people to operate the lift. One on the bottom and one on the top. There are warnings posted on the machine That you should not ride on the lift but there is no other way to get up to your stuff. I tried pushing the stairs near the lift but that was impossible. This lift is even more difficult to move about the hallways than the stairs. I could NEVER move this by myself. It always got hung up against one wall. I needed to bring a man with me to do it. IDK about u ladies but this really pissed me off. If u dont hav a husba d or bf - or maybe if u evn do - it really sucks to hav to depend on someone else to help u. I had to keep paying my rent while trying to find someone to help and i just moved to FL so i didnt know anyone! Another kicker is u can only use the lift if the person that used it b4 u was decent enough to plug it back in. About half of the time its dead n u can't use it at all. So my experience was awful. I'm hoping my review will let others know wat they're getting into b4 they choose their storage facility. I was just told today that they raised their prices again.

Debbie & Chuck were a GREAT!
