Silver Sneakers and Jane Madden make a good team effort. She mixes up the exercises and you must pay attention which is a good thing.
Kudos to Alan,and staff at AFX for their attention to detail and dedication at last summer's speed camp. Alec posted the best 40-yard dash on the team at football this year - he can't wait to start post-season training again.
If you are planning on using this place for personal fitness or to find a trainer to work with you - they are HORRIBLE. I had my son try it - and they said they would work a personal program for him. They didn't. They lump him in with everyone else - and when I told them he needed to lose weight - they had him lifting more weight.

They remind me of a day care drop in service for kids 14 or under. The personal training/fitness side is worthless. Better off joining the YMCA and finding a trainer there.
