The person that greeted me and was free, walked away from the desk during my turn and didn't come back, I had to wait on people that were behind me to finish and then move to another person at the desk to send my package. Very unprofessional and strange.
This post office is terrible. They always mix up my mail, fail to drop off packages, and the people that work at the office act like they always have something better to do then help a customer weather it be in person or over the phone. They really need new management to get this place back in good order.
If you're open till 2 then be open if you're closed for a holiday put a sign on the door how hard is that?
Self service is outstanding!
Most efficient post office I've ever visited. A postal worker asks every customer what their needs are and then proceeds to help before they get to the counter making everything go extremely fast They have priority boxes partially constructed for convenience.
Absolute scam. Manager'said name is Diane. Instead of helping you track your package will tell you Internet is down call back in afternoon. Then leaves the phone off the hook. Completely dishonest manager. Surprised she is allowed to make money while not doing her job. Pathetic. Worst post office ever.
