I popped in on my lunch break to have my heels re tipped and he had me in a d out in 15 min. I was down to the nails. There is a minimum charge of $15 on credit or debit so bring cash if your fix is on the cheaper side. I had to buy laces to round up my sale.
I highly recommend him. He does good work. Very energetic Russian guy who has been doing this over 40 years.
I will never use this business! I called today to find out about getting my work boots fixed. When they answered I asked "What are your hours?" they told me rudely "We're closed" and they said nothing else until I finally asked "Will you be open again?" then in a very iritated tone told me the hours. I will save them the annoyance of having to deal with customers by never shopping there. Please avoid this place!!!!
the man who works there was fantastic he is an older foreign gentleman and was amazing. I brought in at least a dozen boots and shoes that needed To be repaired that I had had in my closet for years he did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
I brought in a pair of sandals that I tried to fix myself & I only made the problem worse. Unfortunately, I forgot the owner's name, but he did a great job. His leather repair is better & stronger than the sandal came with. I would definitely use his services again & I highly recommend him. We also had a very interesting discussion about his background. To say the least, he was very entertaining.

I advise that you bring in BOTH shoes if you need something fixed (a woman came in with one shoe and she couldn't figure out why he couldn't help her ::sigh::).
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE!!!!! Tried to explain what I needed on the phone, he spoke over me 3 times just told me to come. I show up and he tells ME that dance shoes require suede on the sole. I tell him the shoes need rubber due to a mandatory announcement my daughter got. He showed me the rubber and it really wasn't what we needed but I was going to have him do it because we were pressed for time. He told me no, he wasn't going to do it and to find someone else and to get out of his store. All the while yelling at me and talking over me. I do not know how this man has been in business so long. RUDE RUDE RUDE!
