On a recent drive from Naples to St. Pete my low oil light came on. I asked Siri for the closest oil change business to me and 1 Stop Car and Truck Repair came up. I found the business quickly upon exiting the expressway. The Manager Bob Steele was so kind. He came out immediately and checked my oil, and even offered to put it on a lift to see if he could find a leak. I told him I have had no evidence of a leak on my garage floor so I did not need that done. He then put the little bit of synthetic oil in my car that it needed and I was quickly on my way.

When we needed a repair, we looked at the reviews for 1 Stop Car & Truck Repair. they were all very good, so we decided to give them a try. We have been there several times now, and have always been very satisfied with their professionalism. They have gone out of their way to accommodate their customers. We had our own business back in Illinois, and we appreciate how much work it is to go the extra mile. They provide a lounge for the customers as they wait, direct marketing, email marketing, etc. My hat is off to them for a great job!!

They are HONEST, PROFESSIONAL AND CARING. Their customer service is outstanding!! ............... 2015 I found my new car shop! I just moved to Venice in November. One Stop was recommended to me, and I'm so happy they were. They went above and beyond regular service. My vehicle is 15 years old. They were honest with me, provided superb service, great prices, and the staff I met were friendly and very knowledgeable.
