Purchased a game under the advice of an employee who promised I could exchange it if I didn't like it. Returned the next day to exchange the game. The girl working amber or April was on a personal phone call with the store manager having a conversation about ordering a replacement controller for herself because she didn't like the toggles. 5 minutes passed before I watched another customer walk out and when I asked if she would be available to make an exchange after her personal call she got rude refused to make the exchange and called the police on a trespasser. I can accept piss poor customer service from a retailer. I can't except improper use of emergency public service from an unprofessional brat.
Great customer experience, and very easy to find things! Only problem is that I can't go anymore because it closes earlier now, wish it would stay open until 8:30 which is only 30 minutes longer.
