The staff is very friendly & the store is very clean. They also have great specials all the time.
Great location all the employees are very helpful and great merchandise. If you don't have the money to put down like lots of people this is the next best option. Tyler is lovely

I have been a faithful customer for several years, on my most recent rental I was told I had to do an automatic debit from my bank account, I agreed. I paid off my rental and two weeks after it was paid they debited my checking account for a payment and an insurance payment! I was upset but chalked it up to a mistake. Yesterday they took the insurance payment out again and I have not rented anything with them for more than a month! Be aware this may happen to you! They cannot credit your bank back you will have to go in and get cash refunded to you!
Not a customer of rent a center...but had great experience with an employee named Steve at venice store...represented his company well!!...Not sure if he's in charge,but should be!
