If you have a minimum order, then don't advertise arrangements for less than that threshold. If you don't want to deliver to a certain zip code, then don't advertise that you do. It will save everyone so much time and hassle.
Been using them for years... Never and issue and always looking to please. Please keep up the good work!

I prefer to work with local florists when I can, but this one was far too much trouble. This pain is easily avoided:
A miserable and upsetting experience with florists who should have known better. They were nasty, pushy and kept trying to sell us flowers other than what they kept promising they had. Tammy, the owner, was argumentative and refused to apologize after admitting that the flowers they provided were not what had been ordered. She claimed - after the fact - that two days was 'too far in advance' even though they sold us flowers that they promised that they had on hand. 'What did you expect?' she sarcastically asked when I called to complain about their failure to provide what they had promised. A heart wrenching experience for a family in mourning.
I don't even know what to say. I placed a Mother's Day order online on Monday, for Friday delivery. Got a call back on Tuesday that they don't deliver to the address, and would shred the order if they didn't hear from me. I called back Wednesday morning, and they said they couldn't even find the order, so had probably already destroyed it. So I made other arrangements. THEN they called back on Thursday 2 times: first to complain that I hadn't called them back (???) and that they would destroy the order. THEN again to say, oops -- they read the address wrong and they really DO deliver to the address. So they WOULD fulfill the order (the one that they couldn't find on Wednesday???) I called the next morning, and they said their criteria had changed -- it need to be a higher dollar threshold for them to even deal with it. So, whether or not they actually would deliver to the address, now they want to reject the order because it wasn't $$$ enough. Bottom line -- they don't want your business and will find a way to reject it.
My family received this beautiful Heirloom Crock Bouquet from my daughter's boyfriend's parents during the Thanksgiving holidays. They live in another state and will be happy to know that Addington's Florist did a wonderful job - I looked this bouquet up online and not sure if a request was made to add lilies but this bouquet was PACKED with the flowers shown online and the extra pop of gorgeous fall lilies. Well Done!
