Can't follow simple delivery time request on multiple occasions.
I was so thrilled that they will receive what we ordered today and I truly am so thankful to have a wonderful customer service experience!
I placed a delivery order at 4:30pm (it was last minute because I received an email from my husbands grandparents that it was their 59th wedding anniversary. We have only met them once, in January, so it's a building relationship). I continued to check for updates but saw online it updates every 6-8 hours. I called the store to check the status and the woman who answered stated that their delivery driver had already left for the day, but she was going to bring what we ordered on her way home from work.
It is a great thing to see that there are still nice people in this world and I am blessed that she went out of her way to do something last minute.
I've ordered twice online (I'm from NJ) for my Mom in Venice and both times she has absolutely raved about her arrangement! I can't ask for more than to have a happy Mom. Thank you for your reliable delivery and fantastic, delicious gifts!! I will certainly be doing business with them again.
