The worst experience ever! Second time delivery went to wrong house. I made it clear to the saleswoman that I was moving and to ensure the delivery goes to the correct address. She even stated “oh yes, they make mistakes and I’ll make sure it gets to the right address”. Right. Didn’t happen and no one cared to make it happen even though I am 15 mins from Venice, where they planned on delivering my furniture to. Talked to the manager and she had a “who cares” attitude. This is THE MANAGER who is in charge of the store!!!! Said she doesn’t deserve to be yelled at. You do deserve it, you are the manager!!!! Fix it! Anyway, there are plenty of furniture stores in the area that I will give my money to before stepping into Babcock in Venice. I would avoid this store. I cancelled the entire order.
Great selection.....prices are a little high but they welcome in the credit challenged and do all they can to see you get what you need. The staff is very friendly and they even remember my name when I come in to pay my bill. :)
