Jessica has helped me select the correct mattress for myself with several back issues She took extra time with me for over a month and I greatly appreciated her help and expertise. She also helped me stay within the monetary means I had to work with. The other sales people were genuinely friendly and kind. Great experience in the Venice store. Very helpful sales staff. Able to answer questions and make some great recommendations and went out of her way to meet our timeline for delivery. Went in for one room and ended up furnishing three. Very good prices. Will shop there again without a doubt.
Discount offers are a plus here, and plan to return as more furniture needs arise.
After shopping at the "fancy" furniture chains in the area, I went to Furniture Warehouse. The prices were lower, in most cases for identical and similar items. The salesman was low pressure, knowledgeable, and helpful. Delivery was fast and the guys were polite and careful. We have gone back twice and had the same results.
Sales associate Jessica was Awesome..had answers for any question I had for her. Kevin very helpful also.. Made my purchases and delivered on time.. Even switched up my order and items was gladly exchanged. Back in store today making new Wish List..Great job by all..
