What a disgrace and an unprofessional company! We had this company enter our home to do a repair project from water damage in our master bathroom. Not only did they start the job weeks after they promised they would start it, but the quality of work was horrific! The drywall and spackling is bumpy and rough, and tile work is crooked and off center, and all of their work is being re-done by another contractor. They broke personal possessions of ours while in our home and did not admit to it, used personal kitchen pots as buckets, and turned our air conditioning to dangerous low levels for their own comfort and left it low after they left. To top it off, they left a pipe open and exposed, that when our water was turned on, the bathroom flooded, and caused 15,000 more in damage. This company is a nightmare!!!

Will pay peanuts to their subs , they only have office personal no company crew what so ever , so they are just the middle man, so off course the quality is very low, they make you believe that they are a Christian company and the only thing they care is to make a dollar by any means , horrible experience.

What a great experience. Great price, on time service and an awesome crew that tore off the old roof and installed the new one in less than 2 full days. I would recommend them for any roofing project. Again what a professional job done at a great price.

In March of 2016 Solivita (Kissimmee) was hit with an ice and hale storm that damaged over 1000 homes. Phillips Contracting Inc. was the roofing contractor suggested by our insurance company, Tower Hill. We chose to allow the insurance company to handle all of the roofing repairs after paying the required deductible. The process was a nightmare; the wrong shingles were installed, the roof leaked in three places, vent pipes were incorrectly sealed and Phillips refused to install code required flashing at the attach point between the lanai roof and the back of the house. The initial fix was a dab of caulk which didn't work. We were told by the Phillips "on-site administrator" (who rarely showed up) that Phillips did not bid the additional cost to repair the lanai roof according to code so no funding was available to do the job as required. Also, two lead vent pipes on the roof were improperly sealed which resulted in leaks throughout the house. After repairing those leaks (which literally took months), Phillips returned to "touch up" the stains on the ceilings however, no drop cloths were used; that resulted in overspray on a very expensive desk, printer and TV. Additionally, after the initial installation of the new shingles, the lightening rod system was replaced. When Phillips returned to repair the roof leaks, they damaged several lightening rod roof cable clamps. Consequently, the lightening rod technician had to return three times to replace and repair the clamps. It should be noted that the roof repair began in August, on December 13th, the repairs were finally complete. Phillips has an administrative problem; phone calls went unanswered, schedules were never met, subcontractors chosen to do repair work arrived not fully briefed on what they were required to do. Not at all satisfied with the experience.
