The only reason they did not receive 1 star is because the job finally got done.

Used online form to make an appointment. They lost the information. Don't bother to use their website. When I called to find out what happened, sounded like it was a large call center that answered. Not local service for appointments.

(edit). After a phone call 14 days out, they had mailed the receipt to the wrong address. The person I spoke to did not understand where the other address was to.

They also did not mention to turn off water heater during the lack of water, which probably would have drained and burned out heating elements. The company van says "The Punctual Plumber". Their performance would indicate otherwise.

I made the appointment, and was called morning of-very prompt service. The plumber was also very nice-and drove through bad weather to get here. I am dissatisfied with the way they charge, and will not ever use or recommend them again. We had a leak-turned out he replaced 4 valves. I also had 2 toilets that were running. He showed me their fees, and wanted to charge $195.00 per toilet to fix stoppers, or something very simple! I could buy new ones almost! I declined -my bill was already $428.00. I also checked the new valve by the toilet that was just replaced and it still had the rusted cover left on! He told me I could cut it off and put a new flexible one on. Just overall unhappy. I have used them in the past-but will try to find someone for time and materials!

I took half day at work (this is vacation time for me) and "Paul" showed up at 3:30 pm. He did apologize for being late, due to some "emergency water heater installs". Paul first told me he could not hear a leak, and there probably was not one. I suggested he call Casey and perhaps if we turned the water back on, he could hear the leak (and to explain why water bills went from $35/month to $200/month). He then told me that they might not be able to do the job, since they could not get in the crawl space (though Casey had already been in the crawl space). This took him an hour to go though all of this, and nothing related fixing the problem had been done.

Service varies. Depends upon who you get. My situation was that the water main under the house (crawl space) broke. First guy "Casey" came out and evaluated situation. He said that there was lots of mud under house and would like to turn off water for the weekend. Someone would be out between 2 pm and 6 pm Monday to fix. Sounded reasonable, since neighbors could help with lack of water. Monday, I took the day off from work, and by 3 pm, no one showed up or called. I called company and was told that the plumber got to busy and would have to come out Tues during the same time frame (still no water).

After Paul's through evaluation of the situation, he promised me that Casey would be out tomorrow (Wednesday) by 8:30. I did not stay home this time. The plumbing company called my wife about 12:30 to say the job was done, which my wife went home during her lunch to confirm. I paid the bill via phone and requested receipt to be mailed (which has not been received in 10 business days).

This was the worst experience I ever had with them. I was supposed to get my maintenance done and advised them I am only available after 4. The rep said ok and notated the acct. The tech called us at 3:59 and then knocked on the door and immediately left. He didn't even leave a message on the phone. I got home at 4:10 and called the customer service at 5:30 to find out where the tech was and they told me he waited till 4:30 and left. I advised them the tech lied and I needed a Saturday appt and basically was told no. I said I needed to talk to a manager and was advised the district manager would call me in the morning and she never did. I have been a customer with all 3 of their affiliates for years. I had them install my new water heater and new A/C system. I will be cancelling all om my maintenance with them and going with another company.
