Have not been impressed with Citrus Plumbing. Two days after moving into our home a major pipe burst. Citrus Plumbing came out and replaced the pipe ($600+) and did not diagnosis why the pipe burst. Two days later, we were still having water leaking. Citrus Plumbing came back out and determined we needed a new tankless water heater. They replaced the water heater (without discussing different brands or options) and re-did the pipes they had just installed ($1400+). We are having problem with our water not staying hot. Citrus plumbing said it was a faucet issue. We had a different plumbing company come out. They said the faucets are fine and that there is a problem with the tankless water heater. I contacted Citrus Plumbing, they said they do not service the water heater they installed (and recommended) and that I needed to contact the manufacturer. I did so. My unit is still under warranty but I must pay $90/hour for any repair work that is done on the unit. One Unhappy Customer

Very happy with the company. Had a clogged drain, called 5 local plumbing companies and not one could get here until 2 weeks out. Called Citrus and they sent over a plumber inside of 30 minutes. This company is on it, knew which truck could squeeze me in and did it!!! I would highly recommend using this company or calling them first...BTW the plumber was very polite, professional and knew his stuff!! Quality!!!

We hired Citrus Plumbing to do all the plumbing work on our new home. They were absolutely the best contractor that we worked with throughout the entire project. They always showed up on time, all of their work was completed when promised, and with absolute precision, and they never left a mess behind. I don't hesitate to tell anyone I know that they are the best plumber in town. Highly recommended for any job, big or small.
