One of the worst. Beware. I have bought dozens of homes; five in the Sarasota area in three years. This agency is deceptive, i.e., they charge the BUYERS a fee. $345! that is If they can cover it up and get away with it. In my case the coverup was worse than them trying to charge a fee. If you find yourself in a position that where you have to deal with them as a buyer, simply tell them you are NOT going to pay the fee from the get go.. If you deal with it on the front end you have a chance of them waving it; if they do not waive it, there are PLENTY of agents happy to work on their three percent. Once they cover it up and you have invested time / energy with them it becomes more difficult. If you are a SELLER be aware that savvy buyers will not play their games and you will lose that market share --a segment of buyers that you do not want to lose. Also, my experience with them is they were unhelpful for most every buyer's issue that came up including defects that were found in the house I ended up buying, and, just pure LIES along the way. There are many better agencies out there.
