Our home was listed and after the contract was up we decided to try and sell it ourselves. Associate Realtor Robert Brooker / Venice Fl went to Social Media and Publicly questioned our homes Value!! He even went as far to let people know they could go buy a new house with a pool for just a little over what we were asking! Was this retaliation for not relisting or just hatred that someone would try and sell their home without a realtor? Either way it was UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES! Corporate Offices never bothered to acknowledge our concerns after two separate times we tried to reach out on different days. Do they even care? I say NO! WOW!
